Privacy Policy

Your information, handled with care.

Effective and last updated: July 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how IAVE Beauty & Co. ("IAVE", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal data when you use iavebeauty.com, request a booking or consultation, communicate with us, or interact with our Facebook and Instagram services. IAVE is the personal information controller for data under our control.

Information we collect

  • Contact and booking information: name, mobile number, email, selected service, preferred schedule, client status, membership interest, and notes you submit.
  • Messages and customer-service records: communications through our forms, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, buttons selected, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and timestamps.
  • Advertising event data: visits and actions such as viewing a service, contacting us, or submitting a booking request. We do not intentionally send treatment notes, diagnoses, payment details, or other sensitive health information to Meta.

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your browser when you permit analytics, and from platforms you use to contact us. Please do not send medical details through advertising forms or public social-media comments.

Why we use personal data

  • To answer inquiries and take steps you request before a booking or service.
  • To manually review booking, payment, and schedule requests. A submitted request is not an automatic appointment confirmation.
  • To provide services, aftercare, customer support, and consistent client records.
  • To secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and communications.
  • With your permission, to measure advertising and understand campaign performance.
  • To comply with legal, tax, accounting, health, safety, and regulatory obligations.

Depending on the activity and applicable law, our basis is your consent, steps taken at your request before a service, performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate business interests, or compliance with a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.

Meta Pixel and Meta Business Tools

If you select Accept analytics, our pages may use the Meta Pixel and similar technologies. Third parties, including Meta Platforms, Inc., may use cookies, web beacons, and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet. Meta may use that information to provide measurement services and to target, personalize, and deliver advertisements under its own terms and privacy policy.

The information may include page visits, interactions, browser or device information, cookie identifiers, and the source of a visit. IAVE receives aggregated measurement and campaign reports. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use Meta Business Tools to knowingly share data about children under 13 or sensitive health, financial, or treatment information.

You can choose Essential only when the site asks, or reopen Cookie settings in the footer. You may also manage Facebook ad preferences, review activity off Meta technologies, read the Meta Privacy Policy, or use your browser controls. Essential-only browsing does not prevent you from using the website or contacting us.

When we share information

We disclose only what is reasonably necessary to:

  • IAVE staff and authorized professionals who need it to assist you.
  • Vendors that provide hosting, forms, messaging, security, analytics, and advertising, including Hostinger, UChat, and - only when analytics is accepted - Meta.
  • Payment or booking providers you choose to use, under their own privacy terms.
  • Authorities or advisers when required by law or needed to protect rights and safety.

Providers must handle data for the agreed service and subject to applicable privacy and security obligations. Some providers operate outside the Philippines, so data may be processed in other countries with different laws and appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and booking data only while needed to respond, provide services, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or professional obligations. Retention depends on the record and the reason it was collected. We then delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it. Meta applies its own retention periods to data it receives through Meta Business Tools.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data through this website or send it to Meta Business Tools. A parent or legal guardian should contact us about any service inquiry involving a minor.

Your privacy rights

Subject to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other applicable law, you may have rights to be informed, object, access, correct, erase or block data, withdraw consent, obtain data portability where applicable, seek damages, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. We may verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain information where law or overriding legal obligations require it.
