This policy explains what information IAVE Beauty & Co. ("IAVE", "we") collects when you use iavebeauty.com, our booking and consultation forms, or our social channels — and how we use and protect it. We keep this in plain language because you should actually be able to read it.

What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Booking and consultation requests — your name, mobile number, email, selected service, preferred date and time, whether you're a new or returning client, membership interest, and any notes you choose to share.
  • Messages — conversations you start with us on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, phone, or email, handled under those platforms' own terms as well.
  • Analytics and advertising data — like most websites, we use analytics and advertising pixels (including the Meta Pixel) that collect device and usage information such as pages visited, buttons clicked, and general location, via cookies and similar technologies. This helps us understand our website and measure our advertising on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiries and process your booking requests.
  • To confirm appointments: booking, payment, and slot confirmations are manually reviewed by IAVE staff — submitting a form sends a request, not an automatic confirmation.
  • To keep records of your treatment preferences so your care stays consistent.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send sensitive health details to advertising platforms — pixel events carry only minimal, non-sensitive data such as the service category and page visited.

Advertising pixels & cookies

The Meta Pixel helps us show relevant ads and measure whether they work. You can learn about and control how Meta uses this data through your Facebook ad preferences, and you can limit cookies through your browser settings. The site keeps working if you do.

Where your data lives

Form submissions are delivered to our staff through our form processing provider and handled by the IAVE team. Message platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp) store conversations under their own policies. We keep information only as long as needed for your care and our legitimate business records.

Your choices

  • Ask us to correct or delete your information.
  • Opt out of marketing messages at any time — just tell us.
